Duronic CA20 3-Tier Heated Clothes Airer

The CA20 is built for the problem most London and student flats actually have: nowhere to put a 140cm airer. It measures 112 x 62 x 46cm open and folds to 15.5cm, weighs just 2.9kg and draws 202W - the lowest of any tiered model here. There are 24 heated bars across three tiers, the bars run at 45-55C and the 24kg load limit is generous for the size. Drying space is smaller than a full 3-tier, so it suits one or two people rather than a family, and there is no cover or timer. The payoff is the bill: a six-hour run costs about 32p at 26.32p per kWh, roughly a third less than a 300W model, and the small footprint means it is easier to put somewhere ventilated.
