The LawnMaster OcuMow MX is the easiest robot mower to get started with — and the cheapest. There's no boundary wire, no base station, no app setup, and no GPS reference station. You literally place it on the grass and press go. It uses OcuMow sensor technology to detect grass edges and navigate around obstacles. At under £350, it's an impulse buy compared to most competitors. It won't match the precision of RTK-GPS mowers, and it's best suited to simple, flat lawns up to about 400m², but for the price it's remarkable value.
