If pizza is a serious passion and budget is no object, the Gozney Dome S1 is a showstopper. Its heat-retaining dome design mimics a traditional brick oven, holding temperature beautifully for back-to-back bakes and even low-and-slow roasting or baking bread once the fire dies down.
The gas version offers precise control and a large cooking floor, with a built-in thermometer to dial things in. It's a heavy, semi-permanent centrepiece rather than a portable oven, but the results and versatility are exceptional.
